Teachers' Mini Retreat

Description

The Recharge & Renew: One-Day Mini Retreat for Educators will be held in Hillsdale, NJ, and includes all activities—guided meditation, group reflection, self-care practices, sound healing, and Reiki. Each participant will receive a journal and pen, and is encouraged to dress comfortably and bring anything needed for relaxation, such as a yoga mat, cushion, or blanket. Tea, water, and light snacks will be provided throughout the day, and you’re welcome to bring your own lunch or visit one of the nearby cafés.
